"An Analysis of Funko Pop Ownership Among Library Workers" in issue #8 was based on actual research. Over 300 people filled out the survey.
Yeah, I couldn't believe it either. Anyway, here is the data. The workplace related stuff is fairly well anonymized (I think) and is potentially useful. The data about desk toys is not quite so anonymized and is probably pretty useless.
Where can I read the study?
It's in The International Journal of Two-Fisted Library Studies, Volume 8, Number 1. It is not very rigorous.
